Vince Young Injury Headlines Titans' Friday Report

Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young still hasn't practiced this week because of ankle and knee sprains sustained Monday.

But that still doesn't mean he's necessarily out Sunday.

Young, who sustained what coach Jeff Fisher said were mild ankle and knee sprains Monday night against Jacksonville, missed a third consecutive practice Friday, but Fisher said he could possibly play against Philadelphia Sunday.

"I have not, no," Fisher said when asked if he had ruled Young out.

Backup Kerry Collins practiced for a second consecutive day Friday after missing Wednesday's practice with a finger injury on his throwing hand.

"I felt fine," Collins said Thursday. "I'll be ready to play."

Young, who has started 16 consecutive games since replacing Collins midway through last season, is listed as questionable on the team's injury report.
