Friday, July 15th through Sunday, July 17th the MotoGP Series will be racing in Sachsenring, Germany on a 2.28 mile track. This is the 9th race of the year for the MotoGP Series and last year the first race on this circuit was won by Jorge Lorenzo with Dani Pedrosa coming in second and Casey Stoner third. In the second race, it was the same drivers but with the orders different. Dani Pedrosa came in first this time with Jorge Lorenzo in second and Casey Stoner once again in third. The previous race to this one was the Gran Premio d’Italia TIM and was won by Jorge Lorenzo, with Andrea Dovizioso in second and Casey Stoner third.
